Shipping policy

When will I get my order?

We do our best to ship most orders out within one business day via USPS Priority - generally that means you're new gear will arrive 3-4 days after your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Our standard shipping rate only applies to domestic continental orders - for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or international please message us prior to placing your order.

What items are not eligible for standard shipping?

At this time the only item that does not qualify for standard shipping are boats. For a boat purchase please message us prior to placing your order to determine the most effective way to get your boat delivered.

My order hasn't arrived/is delayed, what now?

Please contact us and we will follow up with the mail courier. We make every effort to get orders processed in a timely manner, but delays in transit are inevitable.
